Shaanxi J&R Fire Fighting Co., ltd£¬ established in 1999, headquartered in Xi¡¯an, China, is a member of US National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
J&R is the earliest enterprise engaging in research of aerosol fire extinguishing technology in China, and is the largest manufacturer in aerosol fire extinguishing device in China. J&R is also one of the top influential fire extinguishing equipment manufacturers. J&R boasts a large number of leading fire-extinguishing experts in China and has very strong R&D strength and having obtained 14 patents licenses and maintains long-term good relation with the most authoritative national fire extinguishing and chemical research institution. It has become the leader in aerosol fire extinguishing technology in terms of technological innovation and market share in China.
In 2002, J&R first put forward the proprietary formula of aerosol fire extinguishing agent adopting strontium nitrate as main oxidizing agent and brought series of products into being ¨C DKL aerosol automatic fire extinguishing device. The product has been widely used in more than 2000 projects in China, involving mobile communication, telecommunication, railway, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power and finance fields, having successfully protected the life of users for many times. The excellent quality of type S aerosol has undergone strict testing b one of the Fortune Top 500 ¨C China Mobile Communication, which has made J&R become the largest gas fire extinguishing product supplier for the group and established the long-term strategic cooperation relationship. And now, J&R is getting more and more favorable comments from users, and goes forward together with many would famous enterprises such as China Unicom, China petroleum, China Sinopec.
The company has five patent technologies in China; the core patent is ¡®high efficient non-corrosive aerosol applicable to electrical equipment¡¯---- patent number: ZL 02119648.6. And the company has already submitted application for patent for its eight technologies, waiting for patent license, of which four technologies are under international PCT application.
With the participation of and assistance by J&R, on Oct 1st, 2004, the Ministry of Public Security of China promulgated ¡®Trade Standard of Public Security for Aerosol Fire Extinguishing System¡¯¡ªGA 499.1-2004, from which the aerosol fire extinguisher has been divided in Type S and Type K based on the patent technologies of J&R¡¯s reference, which serves as an operation direction for users. In 2006, the Ministry of Construction of China issued another national standard ¡®design specification for gas fire extinguishing systems¡¯ (GB 50370-2005), which specifies the application field of aerosol fire extinguishing device. The promulgation of the above-mentioned standards further strengthen the leading position of J&R in gas fire extinguishing field in China and makes China become the third country to formulate national standard for aerosol in the wake of Australia, Russia and the first country to classify the aerosol according to its component and adopt military standard to carry out examination of the indexes of aerosol in the world. J&R is now under the process of applying UL approval for its Type S aerosol automatic fire extinguishing device.
